RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, socks or underwear that have been tried on (i.e. are no longer in original packaging or show clear signs of having been tried on) cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
  3. Postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility. Postal costs will only be reimbursed in case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
  4. We cannot held liable for any items lost in transit.
  5. Make sure points 1-4 are understood and respected before reaching out to us. We only accept returns if those points are fulfilled.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@wattsinabox.eu describing your intention, we will answer as soon as possible. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages and issues have to be addressed within 14 days after receiving your item(s), to remain eligible for a refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Lastly, socks or underwear that have been tried on (i.e. are no longer in original packaging or show clear signs of having been tried on) cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
  1. Send an email to support@wattsinabox.eu describing your intention. We will answer as soon as possible. If you used a discount in your initial order, we will create a new discount for you to use at check out. Make sure to mention the discount code of your initial order when you email us.
  2. Place a new order, after you've receive a reply from us.
  3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After we've received the goods, we will inspect them thoroughly to make sure they are 100% ok. If that is the case, we will refund the money within 30 days, excluding any shipping costs.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
